Faced with the situation where many parent-teacher representative boards in some schools have taken it upon themselves to mobilize revenues and expenditures, many of which are against regulations and affect the reputation of the school and teachers, many schools in Ho Chi Minh City have issued "strange" but timely and meaningful announcements.
Recently, Truong Thanh Primary School (Long Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) issued a notice to all parents of the school.
According to the school's announcement, the school currently does not collect any operating expenses from the Parents' Representative Committee; does not organize mobilization, donations, or care for staff, teachers, or employees; does not mobilize the purchase of facilities, equipment, or learning materials for classes or the school by collecting money from parents.

Truong Thanh Primary School (Long Phuoc Ward) issued a notice to all parents of the school.
The school affirms that it does not authorize or direct any individual or organization to carry out the above contents. Therefore, we respectfully request that parents do not participate in or support these activities to avoid misunderstandings that affect the reputation and image of the school. All information and official announcements of the school are issued directly by the Principal and sent to parents through the homeroom teacher of the class.
"The school hopes that parents will accompany and closely cooperate with the school in building a healthy, public and regulated educational environment," the announcement stated.
Previously, many schools in Ho Chi Minh City, after reviewing the situation, requested the class's Parents' Representative Committee to return the illegally mobilized funds.

A class returned the money raised to parents.
Recently, some schools in Ho Chi Minh City have proactively announced that they will not collect fees from parents or sponsorship funds.

Such "strange" announcements are widely supported by parents. Many parents believe that schools need to be clear, transparent, and make firm announcements from the beginning so that parents can comply. Avoid the situation where many parent-teacher associations arbitrarily mobilize revenue and expenditure without understanding, which is not only against regulations, but also causes parents to object, and affects the school's reputation.
