NovaWorld Phan Thiet affirms legality and accelerates completion

(Chinhphu.vn) - Regarding the information mentioned in the verdict of the People's Court of Region 7 - Ho Chi Minh City, including some comments on the legality of the project, many customers expressed their interest and concern. However, through verification with the distributor NovaReal and the investor Novaland Group, it can be affirmed that NovaWorld Phan Thiet is a real project, implemented in accordance with regulations, with a clear construction progress and closely monitored by local authorities.

Key projects recognized by law

NovaWorld Phan Thiet Sea Tourism and Entertainment Urban Area (Ocean Valley Tourism Complex) is one of the key projects in Lam Dong province with a scale of nearly 1,000 hectares, investment capital of about 5 billion USD, developed by Novaland Group. The project is systematically planned according to the impressive "10 cities in 1 city" model along with a complete ecosystem, providing full service from Stay (accommodation), Play (entertainment) to Eat (cuisine).

In the past time, the Provincial Party Committee - People's Committee of Binh Thuan province (old) together with the Central Ministries and branches have closely directed and accompanied in removing legal problems related to NovaWorld Phan Thiet.

The project has been approved by the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province (old) for the 1/500 planning, investment policy, construction permit and many procedures related to land, environment, and technical infrastructure. Notably, in June 2025, two important legal decisions were issued.

On June 24, 2025, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province also issued a decision approving the adjustment of the investment policy for the NovaWorld Phan Thiet project. Specifically: the project's objectives are updated in the direction of investing in villas, commercial areas for sale and business (commercial and service land); investing in the construction of high-class hotels, public works (green trees, water surface, technical infrastructure, roads, sports); combining investment in the construction of works: golf courses, bungalows, hotels, restaurants and various types of utilities, entertainment, sports such as swimming pools, exploration, picnics, surfing, camping... serving a variety of domestic and foreign customers.

On June 27, 2025, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province (old) issued a decision approving the NovaWorld Phan Thiet project (Ocean Valley Tourist Complex) from annual land lease payment to one-time payment for the entire lease term, helping the investor complete financial obligations to complete legal procedures and speed up the project completion progress.

Completing key legal steps has created conditions to speed up progress and elevate NovaWorld Phan Thiet to become an international-class tourist destination.

"With the approved decisions, NovaWorld Phan Thiet has completed the key legal steps. This is also an important basis for the project to continue to be completed, hand over products and operate synchronously, developing in the right direction of urban tourism - marine economy. Thereby, promoting tourism and local socio-economic development", said a Novaland representative.

According to records, in just the first 9 months of 2025, NovaWorld Phan Thiet welcomed more than two million visitors for sightseeing, relaxation and experience. The resort and villas for rent are always full of guests, with occupancy exceeding expectations, reaching more than 95%.

Amusement parks and theme parks are crowded with tourists coming to have fun and explore.

To date, more than 1,500 real estate products at the project have been handed over, of which 750 units have been completed with interior and put into operation for rent.

Novaland said that the group is also speeding up the completion of key subdivisions and facilities, aiming to turn NovaWorld Phan Thiet into a vibrant, multi-experience destination, contributing to promoting tourism - economic - social development of Lam Dong province, while creating thousands of stable jobs for local workers.

The Golf Villa, Florida 3.6 and Florida 3.7 subdivisions are being accelerated for handover. The area mentioned in the recent trial has completed more than 80% of the progress, and the house of customer Tran Hong Son is more than 90% completed.
