OCB announces invitation to bid for the package "Reviewing design documents for construction of OCB Vung Tau headquarters"

Orient Commercial Bank (OCB) is looking for a capable Supplier to sign a Contract to implement the package "REVIEW OF CONSTRUCTION DESIGN DOCUMENTS OF OCB VUNG TAU HEADQUARTERS".

Inviting party: Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank. Address: The Hallmark Building, No. 15 Tran Bach Dang, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Construction site: Plot 582, map sheet number 12, new extended Thong Nhat street, ward 3, Vung Tau city.

Deadline for receiving bidding documents: before 17:00 Thursday, October 16, 2025 (based on postmark ).

Hard copy bidding documents, in which the documents are divided into 2 separate sealed envelopes:

I. Technical/capacity profile includes (bag 1):

• These documents must be fully provided according to the attached bidding criteria table.
• Contractor's technical and capacity profile (not showing price) providing the required documents in the title (1 original + 2 copies).

II. Financial records (bag 2):

• Financial records only show the quotation content that meets the requirements of the assignment (1 original + 2 copies)
• Financial documents must be completely separate from Technical/Capacity documents and kept in 02 different envelopes.
