Previously, Ms. Trang was also fined 35 million VND and had her driver's license revoked for 23 months for driving a car with alcohol concentration in her breath according to point a, clause 10, Article 5 of Decree 100 amended and supplemented in Decree 123.

Traffic Police Team No. 6 also had a working session with Ms. Trang and Mr. NVA (born in 1999, in Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi) - the driver of the Honda Dream motorbike that collided with the car driven by Ms. Luong Hong Trang.

At the meeting, female driver Luong Hong Trang and Mr. NVA deeply realized that providing inaccurate information and insulting the personal honor of others is a violation of the law. At the same time, the two sides agreed to mediate the traffic collision after consulting that the damage between the two vehicles was insignificant.

Previously, at around 11pm on March 5, Ms. Luong Hong Trang was driving a car on Tran Cung Street, heading towards Pham Van Dong. When she reached the area opposite 38 Tran Cung, Cau Giay District, the car collided with a motorbike that was stopped on the sidewalk. Immediately after receiving the report, Traffic Police Team No. 6 arrived at the scene to handle the situation.

Authorities determined that at the time of the collision, the female driver had a breath alcohol concentration of 0.573 mg/l (exceeding the maximum level of 0.4 mg/l), while the motorcyclist had no alcohol concentration.

After the incident, social media spread the news that the female driver Luong Hong Trang was the niece of a leader of the Ministry of Public Security . A representative of the Traffic Police Department confirmed that the information being spread was false. Working with the police, the female driver confirmed that she had no relationship with the leader of the Ministry of Public Security.

On March 11, the Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department (PA05) of Hanoi City Police filed a case to fine Mr. VST (born 1986, Thanh Oai, Hanoi) 7.5 million VND for posting false information that the female driver who violated alcohol concentration on Tran Cung Street was the niece of a leader of the Ministry of Public Security.
