Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh was re-elected as Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh, 58 years old, member of the Party Central Committee, has just been elected by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Executive Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the 20th Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 with 100% of the votes.

On October 15, at the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, 69 people were elected to the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XX, 2025-2030.

Of the 69 people elected to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XX, 15 people were elected to the Standing Committee for the new term.

The Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term includes Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Three Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee include: Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong and Mr. Trinh Tuan Sinh - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province.

The Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Executive Committee also elected a 10-member Provincial Party Inspection Committee.

Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Thuy - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, term XIX, continued to be elected to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, term XX, term 2025-2030 with 100% of the votes.

Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh is from Hanoi and is a member of the 13th Party Central Committee. He has a university degree in command and staff of the Combined Arms, and a senior military major.

Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh has held the positions of Deputy Commander, then Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command, and Commander of Military Region 4.

In November 2022, Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh held the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army and was promoted to the rank of Senior Lieutenant General on October 20, 2024.

On October 25, 2024, Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh was assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

On October 15, Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh was elected by the Executive Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, 20th term, to hold the position of Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
