The incident occurred at around 10pm on March 11. The victim discovered she was being secretly filmed while using the toilet at a building in Chongqing, China.

She panicked and tried to call her boyfriend who was waiting outside for help. Her boyfriend and some people quickly discovered the culprit and chased after him.

The perpetrator climbed over the railing of the second floor of the building. However, he lost his balance and fell to the ground. The fall left him with broken bones and unable to move.

The perpetrator was immediately arrested. Police said the man was named Xu (36 years old).

Police have opened a case against Xu for violating another person's privacy, MSN reported on March 14.

The incident spread on social networks and attracted the attention of many people.
