Among the shared images, the photo of a girl holding a rose high in the air towards the young soldiers in the car moved many people. Immediately, this image received a large number of shares on social networks.

Talking to Dan Tri reporter, Ms. Hoang Trang (living in Yen Bai city, Yen Bai) confirmed that she was the owner of the photo. The photo was taken by Ms. Trang while standing on Hoang Hoa Tham street to say goodbye to the soldiers. However, those were not the flowers that this woman bought to give. "At that time, I raised my hand to wave goodbye, a young soldier in his 20s handed me a rose. That moment was so unexpected and special. I was moved, moved and wanted to cry. In my heart arose national pride, love for the Fatherland and gratitude to the soldiers and many other forces that helped the people", Ms. Trang said. According to Hoang Trang, on the morning of September 22, she did not know that the soldiers would return to their units. When she saw people holding flags and flowers standing on both sides of the road, she also joined the crowd. Every time a vehicle carrying soldiers passed by, the people shouted: "Goodbye, soldiers! Yen Bai people are grateful to you!"

For Trang, the image of soldiers bringing relief food, helping to evacuate people or cleaning mud on every road and alley has become familiar in recent days. Ms. Trang shared: "The time the soldiers helped people was not too long, but what they did was truly admirable. My family did not suffer much damage, but my relatives' houses also received very dedicated help from the soldiers."

Previously, in order to promptly support Yen Bai, the 2nd Military Region Command mobilized maximum human resources with more than 1,000 officers and soldiers from many Divisions, Brigades, Regiments... along with machinery and equipment, divided into teams and groups to help people clean up roads and clean their houses after the flood receded.
