In recent days, due to the impact of storm circulation, Lang Son province has been affected by prolonged heavy rain, rising floodwaters, causing widespread flooding and landslides in many areas in communes in Lang Son province.
At the launching ceremony, comrade Trinh Tuyet Mai, Party Cell Secretary, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs informed about the damage caused by storm No. 11 (Matmo) in the province in recent days. He called on all civil servants, public employees and employees of the Department to promote the tradition of "mutual love", "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves" of the nation, with affection, responsibility and compassion to join hands to donate and support materially and spiritually to help the people of Lang Son province to soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives. At the same time, he launched a call for each civil servant, public employee and employee to donate at least one day's salary. Right at the launching ceremony, cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees donated 15,000,000 VND. The donated funds were transferred to the Provincial Relief Fund (Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province) to receive and distribute according to plan.

On this occasion, the Department of Foreign Affairs sent a document to the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations calling on and mobilizing domestic agencies, philanthropists, international organizations, foreign non-governmental organizations, peace and friendship associations, organizations, individuals and our compatriots abroad to promote the spirit of "mutual love and support" to join hands to share and support the people of Lang Son province to quickly overcome the damage caused by storm No. 11 (Matmo), contributing to helping the people of Lang Son province overcome the damage, stabilize their lives, develop production and business./.
