On the morning of October 10, Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Van Phuoc led a working delegation of the province to inspect the disbursement of public investment capital at key projects in Hoa Lac commune.

The provincial working delegation inspected the project of bypassing provincial road 951 through Hoa Lac commune and the construction of residential cluster in Hoa Lac commune (residential cluster in old Phu Hiep commune) and listened to reports on the disbursement of public investment capital for projects in Hoa Lac commune. Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Van Phuoc requested the Project Management Board of Region III to develop a detailed plan for each project in the spirit of "6 clear": Clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear products, clear authority; requested the locality to coordinate with the Project Management Board of Region III to strengthen the inspection of work progress and speed up the disbursement of public investment capital.

Regarding procedural problems, Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Van Phuoc requested departments and branches to guide localities to review, research and implement; regularly support localities to handle and remove difficulties and problems... to achieve expected results in disbursing public investment capital.
