Vice Chairman of Lam Hai Giang Provincial People's Committee visited and congratulated the Provincial Women's Union on Vietnamese Women's Day

(gialai.gov.vn) - In the joyful and meaningful atmosphere of Vietnamese Women's Day, on the afternoon of October 20, on behalf of the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lam Hai Giang came to present flowers and congratulate the Gia Lai Provincial Women's Union (VWU) on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025).

At the meeting, comrade Lam Hai Giang sent his warm regards and best wishes to the Provincial Women's Union Leadership Board and all female cadres and members in the province. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that during 95 years of establishment and development, the Vietnam Women's Union in general and the Gia Lai Provincial Women's Union in particular have always been the core force in the women's movement, making an important contribution to the cause of building, protecting and developing the homeland and the country.

He also acknowledged and commended the outstanding results that the Women's Union at all levels in the province have achieved in recent times, especially in propaganda work, mobilizing members to promote their roles and responsibilities; actively respond to patriotic emulation movements, contributing to effectively implementing the local socio -economic development goals.

On behalf of the Provincial People's Committee leaders, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lam Hai Giang presented a flower basket to congratulate the Provincial Women's Union.

He hoped that in the coming time, the Women's Union would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, inherit and spread the tradition of "Heroic - Indomitable - Loyal - Responsible" of Vietnamese women; constantly be dynamic, creative, proactive in advising and innovating the content and methods of operation in accordance with the 2-level local government model.

He requested that the Women's Union at all levels pay attention to caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of women; promoting their role in building happy and progressive families; actively participating in building a clean and strong Party and government; promoting patriotic emulation movements, contributing to building the province to develop quickly and sustainably.

Vice Chairman of Lam Hai Giang Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the provincial leaders will always accompany, create favorable conditions and encourage female cadres and members to study, develop themselves and complete all assigned tasks well./.
