Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam visited policy families in Kien Tuong ward

On July 25, a working delegation led by Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam visited and presented gifts to policy families in Kien Tuong ward.

Also attending were Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Dai Tanh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center Pham Tung Chinh, and Secretary of the Kien Tuong Ward Party Committee Le Thanh Dong.

The delegation visited wounded soldier Pham Thi Tu (79 years old), wounded soldier Le Hoang Nhanh (69 years old) and Mrs. Luong Thi Thiep (95 years old) who were infected with toxic chemicals; visited and presented gifts to former leaders of Long An province (old), Moc Hoa district and Kien Tuong town, Long An province (old) through the periods; presented 15 gifts to typical policy families of Kien Tuong ward.

The delegation visited and gave gifts to war invalid Le Hoang Nhanh.

At the places he visited, Mr. Nguyen Minh Lam kindly asked about, encouraged and expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions of policy families and people with meritorious services in the cause of national liberation and national construction.

He hopes that families will continue to promote good traditions; strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies; actively respond to local movements and activities, and join hands to build Kien Tuong ward to develop more and more.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Lam also requested that local Party committees and authorities continue to well implement the policies of the Party and State, pay attention to and take good care of the material and spiritual lives of policy families and meritorious people in the area./.
