Invitation to participate in the Trade and Investment Promotion Program and introduce and promote special products of Vietnam - China

Implementing the 2025 trade promotion plan, aiming to support businesses in increasing the export of goods and building brands in the Chinese market, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Department of Foreign Market Development) plans to organize the Vietnam - China Trade and Investment Promotion Conference (Dezhou) and introduce and promote Vietnam's unique export products in Dezhou city, Shandong province, China.

The specific information is as follows:

1. Time: expected from November 1 to 4, 2025 (including departure and return days).

2. Location: Dezhou City, Shandong Province, China.

3. Scale: from 15-20 enterprises in the fields of agricultural products (fresh fruits, dried fruits...), seafood, processed foods, logistics, industrial park real estate; priority is given to enterprises whose products have achieved the Vietnam National Brand.

4. Format: (i) seminar to connect trade and promote investment with Chinese enterprises (BB); (ii) introducing and promoting Vietnamese branded products to Chinese consumers (BC) (expected to be held at the Heima Dezhou Cold Chain Logistics Trading Center, Shandong).

5. Participants: Enterprises established in accordance with current legal regulations and having business and production lines consistent with the industry orientation participating in the activities stated in Section 3 of this notice.

6. Criteria for selecting participating businesses:

- Enterprises with criteria in accordance with current regulations stated in Section 5;

- Have participating products/fields of activity that are consistent with the product/field orientation stated in Section 3 and meet the standards and quality according to current regulations in Vietnam and China;

- The delegation must have qualified and experienced personnel to participate in the activities;

- Based on the time of receiving business registration documents, the business that registers first will be considered first.

7. State support for participating enterprises:

- Support 100% of the cost of organizing trade and investment promotion conferences with Chinese enterprises;

- Support 100% of the cost of staging to display and promote Vietnamese products to Chinese consumers (including the cost of renting display space and overall decoration);

Other costs (including visa application costs, food, accommodation, travel, freight and other related costs) are paid by participating businesses and individuals.

8. Obligations of businesses when participating in the program:

- Fully complete the application form to participate in the program;

- Strictly and fully comply with the rules, regulations and programs of the Organizing Committee and relevant laws of Vietnam and China;

- Products of enterprises participating in the program must meet standards and quality and take full responsibility according to current laws in Vietnam and China;

- Pay for other expenses yourself (such as: visa application fees, food, accommodation, travel, freight and other related expenses).

10. Registration deadline: before October 10, 2025. Due to the limited number of booths, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Department of Foreign Market Development) will review the registration documents and officially notify the selected enterprises.
