The house was built for the family of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Chieu (group 20A, An Vinh residential area). The house is home to eight people. It has been built for many years and is seriously degraded. It is located in a low-lying area and is often flooded during heavy rains.

To help Ms. Chieu's family have a new place to live, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Hai ward used the Fund for the Poor to support 80 million VND and mobilized Agribank Nam Da Nang branch to support an additional 60 million VND.

The project is expected to be completed before the Lunar New Year 2026 so that the family can stabilize their lives.
