On the morning of October 8, the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army coordinated with local authorities to inaugurate and hand over the Cultural House - combined with flood shelter in A Den village, A Luoi 3 commune, Hue city.

The community cultural house - combined with flood shelter is designed in the style of a stilt house, with a construction area of ^160m2 , a total floor area of ^275m2 with a total cost of 2.2 billion VND, fully supported by the General Staff and assigned to the 789 Central Company - under the 789 Corporation - Ministry of National Defense for construction. After more than 2 months of construction, the project has completed all items ensuring the quality of the project and in accordance with the design documents, current technical standards and regulations, especially suitable for the culture of the ethnic minorities here.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, emphasized that the A Den Village Community Cultural House is not only a project serving the people's lives but also a symbol of trust and solidarity between the Army and the people. This will be a place for cultural activities, meetings, and study for the people, and at the same time a gift of safe shelter when natural disasters, storms and floods occur.

Also at the ceremony, the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army presented 100 gifts, each worth 1.3 million VND, to families in difficult circumstances in A Luoi 3 commune and gave many meaningful gifts to the locality.
