On October 15, the Women's Union of Nghia Lo Ward successfully organized the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030, with the participation of comrade Tran Thi Thanh Thuy - Vice President of Lao Cai Provincial Women's Union; comrades in the Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee of Nghia Lo Ward and 150 outstanding women delegates from across the ward.

The Women's Union of Nghia Lo Ward currently has 36 affiliated branches, including 35 residential group branches and 01 police branch, with a total of 3,677 members. The Executive Committee currently has 48 members, of which the Standing Committee has 9 members.

During the past term, the Ward Women's Union has successfully completed the Resolution's targets, with 2 targets exceeded and 7 targets achieved. The emulation movements "Building a new-age Vietnamese woman" and "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean" have spread strongly, with over 90% of members achieving emulation titles. The Union also actively applied information technology, promoted digital transformation, helped more than 60% of branch officials know how to use online applications in work management and guided more than 600 members to install and use digital applications in transactions and life.

The Congress agreed on 16 specific targets, 2 emulation movements and campaigns, 2 breakthroughs. Some important targets selected in the new term include: Striving to help 20 to 25 households with women escape poverty, escape multidimensional near-poverty and support to improve knowledge and specialized skills for 1 woman with business project ideas, start-ups; the association sets a target of 100% of women's association presidents using IT applications, social networks in activities and organizing meetings; 90% or more of women members have conditions to know how to use banking applications in electronic payment transactions; Strive to build at least 1 new model of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" every year, and 100% of the branches will mobilize and support at least 1 family to meet the criteria of "family of 5 has, 3 clean", at the same time strive for 90% or more of women's member households to collect and treat waste at source; strive for each branch to increase by 5 or more members each year, achieving a membership attraction rate of 85% and introducing 6 to 8 outstanding women members to the Party every year.
