Colonel Tran The Hien, Deputy Director of the Department of Search and Rescue (General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army), Deputy Head of the Sports Festival Organizing Committee chaired the meeting.

Colonel Tran The Hien thoroughly grasped the regulations and presided over the draw for the competition.

The 2025 Army Rescue Sports Festival will take place from June 23 to 27, divided into 3 stages with 3 competition events: Stage 1: Special obstacle course; Stage 2: Relay; Event 3: Acceleration to the finish line.

The Sports Festival is attended by 14 delegations from military regions, army corps, military branches and arms. The participants are officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers on the official payroll of units under the Ministry.

The teams draw lots for the order of competition and the stages.
The results of the draw for Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the Sports Festival. Stage 3 will be based on the performance of the teams in Stage 1 and Stage 2 to determine the competition order.

The organizing committee has drawn lots for the competition order, the live competition stages and thoroughly explained the sports regulations to the delegations.

The teams will practice from June 16 and compete from the morning of June 23.
