On the evening of October 18, the Organizing Committee of Vietnam Card Day 2025 officially announced the key event of Song Festival with the message "One touch - Ten thousand beliefs."
This is a highlight activity within the framework of the 5th Vietnam Card Day Campaign, co-organized by Tien Phong Newspaper and the National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (NAPAS), under the content direction of the State Bank of Vietnam .
Song Festival is designed as a digital payment festival for young people, where 100% of transactions at booths are done electronically, without using cash.
The event takes place from 8:30 a.m. on October 18 to 9:30 p.m. on October 19, 2025 at Hanoi University of Science and Technology Stadium, bringing together 25 commercial banks, financial institutions, international card organizations and nearly 100 booths in the fields of education, cuisine, consumption, fashion , technology...
On the main stage, five consecutive technology and art performances will take place, bringing a series of vivid experiences from banks and student performance groups. Attendees can directly touch - experience - pay through new technologies such as Tap to Pay, Tap to Phone, QR code, e-wallet, electronic identification (eKYC) and many advanced data security solutions.
The message “One touch - Thousands of trusts” expresses the desire to build strong trust in a safe, transparent and sustainable digital payment ecosystem, where one touch via card, QR code or biometrics can open thousands of connections between technology - finance - consumption.
In the context of increasingly sophisticated AI and data attacks, security, transaction safety and digital asset protection are given special attention by banks and technology businesses when introducing solutions at the event.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc emphasized: "Cashless payment is an inevitable trend, the main flow in payment that Vietnam has caught up with very quickly."
The Deputy Prime Minister assessed that Song Festival is not only a vibrant festival for young people, but also a forum to demonstrate the achievements of the banking and finance sector in the national digital transformation process.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the banking sector and relevant units to continue investing in technology infrastructure, expanding the digital payment network nationwide, while enhancing security, confidentiality and protecting user rights.

Deputy Governor of the State Bank Pham Tien Dung also shared that in recent years, the rate of non-cash payments has grown strongly, contributing to transaction transparency, reducing social costs and promoting the digital economy.
The Deputy Governor affirmed that the State Bank will accept the Government's direction and deploy it synchronously throughout the industry to popularize non-cash payment methods in all aspects of life.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung - Chairman of NAPAS shared that after 5 seasons, Song Festival has become a familiar meeting place for young people - a place where creative ideas, new technology and inspiring digital experiences converge.
This year, NAPAS and banks introduced a series of solutions such as Tap & Pay, VietQR Pay, VietQR Global, helping users make fast, convenient and safe payments with just one touch, expanding from domestic to regional and international levels.
“With the spirit of One touch - Ten thousand trusts, NAPAS is committed to constantly innovating, building a modern and safe payment network - connecting Vietnam with the world, contributing to promoting the digital economy and digital society,” Mr. Hung emphasized./.

An anticipated highlight is the music night “Touch Vietnam” - held for the first time within the framework of Vietnam Card Day. This is not just a music program, but an emotional journey combining digital technology and performing arts, where music touches emotions - technology touches life. The stage brings together rapper Den, singer Anh Tu, Ngo Lan Huong, Double2T... and many young artists loved by young people, promising to bring creative performances, rich in connecting energy. All tickets for the music night are given to students.
