Thang Dien deploys collection of national land database

On the morning of October 14, the Steering Committee for implementing the Campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database of Thang Dien commune held a meeting with working groups on implementing the collection of land database.

The specific task of the working group is to review, compare, classify and authenticate all land plot data. Compare information of land users, land types, areas, maps, land plots with the national land database, promptly detect and handle cases of errors, duplication, missing information or unupdated changes to update, correct, supplement and standardize data according to the motto "correct - sufficient - clean - alive".

Along with that, collect, receive and digitize related documents, synthesize full information to synchronize into data. The working group deployed the campaign from October 14 to 31 according to each assigned area.

At the meeting, the steering committee representative informed the groups about the collection methods, related forms, and data entry methods. In addition, they also answered arising opinions to speed up the collection of land database.

Mr. Truong Cong Son, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thang Dien Commune, said that the commune currently has nearly 12,000 households with nearly 43,000 people. In the context of the whole country undergoing digital transformation and modernization with the land data system, cleaning and enriching data is no longer the task of any particular sector, but the shared responsibility of the entire political system and the people. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job of collecting data this time, demonstrating the spirit of serving the people and building a transparent and effective administration.
