In September 2025, My Phuong Food recorded more than 1,000 orders from the livestream channel. According to Ms. Nhi, having the people who directly make the products "on air" helps to share the product and brand stories more authentically, while saving costs and creating trust for customers.

Although the initial stage of livestreaming still encountered many difficulties, we determined that this was a long-term direction and needed to invest persistently to get good results. This is the time when the company needs to promote e-commerce activities more vigorously and strongly.
