At Heineken Vietnam Brewery Company Limited - Da Nang, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang acknowledged and highly appreciated the company's contributions to the general development, especially its contribution to the local budget in 2024; requested the company to continue maintaining its production and business development strategies in the coming time to continue to contribute more to the country in general and localities, including Da Nang city in particular.

Citing the company's four recommendations (including the expansion of production and business activities) which were answered and guided by leaders of departments, branches and sectors right at the meeting, the Secretary of the City Party Committee affirmed that the city always cares, accompanies, supports and creates favorable conditions for the company's operations in Da Nang; at the same time, he requested the company to soon develop and propose a comprehensive strategy for development in Da Nang.

According to a report by Heineken Vietnam Brewery Company Limited, in 2023, in Da Nang, the company is one of the leading contributors to the city budget for many consecutive years. In 2024 alone, the budget contribution to the city reached VND 3,158 billion, an increase of 42.7% compared to 2023.

In 2024, the factory's production output will increase by 20% compared to 2023 and is expected to maintain growth momentum in the following year with an increase of 14.5% in 2025. The company is implementing a project to expand the capacity of the Da Nang brewery from 330 million liters/year to 500 million liters/year with a total investment of 24 million Euros.

*At ODK Mikazuki Vietnam Co., Ltd., Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang highly appreciated the business results of Mikazuki Resort & Spa in 2024 (the resort serves more than 600,000 guests using services, revenue increased by 20% compared to 2023) as well as its contributions to the city, becoming a brand, contributing to the development of Da Nang tourism .

The City Party Secretary affirmed the city's support and companionship in the company's business operations as well as investment expansion in phase 2 of this resort.

The City Party Secretary requested the Party Committee of the City People's Committee and departments, branches and sectors to promptly complete procedures for the company, especially procedures for planning adjustment, investment, construction licensing, fire prevention and fighting... so that the company can soon start construction and complete the project in phase 2.

At the same time, the company is requested to closely coordinate with the city's departments, branches and sectors to carry out parallel procedures on planning, land, investment...; commit to the time of commencement, completion and putting the expansion project into operation, pay attention to the architectural design of the works and add decorative lighting systems to create landscape and architectural highlights in the area.
