World oil prices today
In the international market, gasoline prices fell sharply today, October 13, continuing a series of declines since the beginning of October. According to Oilprice at 4:30 a.m. (Vietnam time), Brent oil prices fell 3.82% to 62.73 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 2.49 USD/barrel. WTI oil also fell sharply by 4.24% to 58.90 USD/barrel, losing another 2.61 USD/barrel compared to the previous session.

According to Reuters, oil prices are under pressure as the outlook for global demand weakens. Many major economies are slowing down, while prolonged tight monetary policies are reducing energy purchasing power. Along with that, OPEC+ announced increased production, and additional supplies from North and South America are more abundant, adding to the market's oversupply.
