In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, delegates offered incense and flowers to commemorate the heroic martyrs - the outstanding sons who bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people, especially in the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu, resounding throughout the five continents and shaking the world.
The incense offering ceremony is a meaningful activity to open a series of important political events of the province. This is an opportunity for each delegate to express their deep gratitude, and at the same time remind them of their responsibility to preserve and promote the glorious revolutionary tradition, and their determination to build their homeland Dien Bien to develop more and more.
The 15th Congress of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, took place from October 14 to 16, 2025. The Congress was attended by 358 official delegates, representing nearly 50,000 Party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee. The Congress has the task of summarizing the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Congress, setting out directions, goals, tasks and solutions for socio -economic development, Party building and the political system in the coming term; at the same time, electing the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee for the 15th term and electing the Delegation to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the delegates attending the Congress determined to uphold their responsibility, promote collective intelligence, contribute to the success of this important political event, and meet the expectations of cadres, party members and people of all ethnic groups in the province.
