On the afternoon of October 13, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a meeting with businessmen to celebrate Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day and honor outstanding entrepreneurs and enterprises. The year 2025 is of special importance, both stabilizing the organization and operation of the local apparatus after the administrative unit rearrangement, and accelerating the completion of the 5-year socio-economic development plan for the period 2021 - 2025, creating a foundation for the new development period 2026 - 2030. In the first 9 months of 2025, with the determination of the entire political system and the efforts of the business community, the province's socio-economy continued to recover and grow, administrative reform and digital transformation were promoted, the investment and business environment was increasingly improved, national defense - security and social security were ensured. The whole province attracted 64 non-budget investment projects with a total registered investment capital of about 396,022 trillion VND, including 7 FDI projects with a total registered investment capital of nearly 56.8 million USD. Several large-scale projects in the industrial, energy and urban sectors have created momentum for growth. These results have important, direct contributions from the business community and entrepreneurs of the province.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan affirmed that on the journey ahead, Khanh Hoa continues to take enterprises as the center of service, business satisfaction is the administrative measure, shifting from the mindset of "management - inspection" to "support - service"; from "asking - giving" to "accompanying - sharing", each process is aimed at being faster, stronger, more suitable to keep up with the pace of development. Each enterprise is a nucleus of development; each entrepreneur is a companion in creating the future. “Khanh Hoa today is opening a wide door for long-term cooperation and prosperous development. The synchronous infrastructure, strategic location, especially the commitment of the government to act and take responsibility will accompany businesses with practical solutions - solving procedures faster, clearer, more transparent; creating the most favorable conditions for businesses to feel secure in doing business and developing long-term. The government will come to businesses, not let businesses come to the government. Creating conditions for private economic development

Recently, Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo on private economic development has identified "the private economy as the most important driving force of the national economy; a pioneering force in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation...". For the province, concretizing Resolution No. 68 is not only a political task, but also a direct driving force to unleash all development resources, especially the private economic sector, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals of Resolution No. 09 of the Politburo on building and developing Khanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

Businessman Nguyen Thanh Hong - General Director of Kim Song Ma Company Limited proposed: "In the coming time, it is recommended that the province implement Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo to affirm that the private economy is the most important driving force of the economy, a pioneer in developing science and technology, innovation; consolidate and streamline associations, focus resources on truly strong organizations, capable of connecting and leading the business community. At the same time, pay attention to supporting businesses in the southern region of the province so that they can contribute to the common development."

The business community and entrepreneurs will be the main driving force for Khanh Hoa to enter the decade of upgrading development, by 2030 becoming a centrally-run city; an international sea tourism and service center with an urban system developing in the direction of modernity, intelligence, sustainability, and rich identity, including a number of urban areas reaching international standards. Khanh Hoa aims to build a dynamic, creative and integrated business development environment, in which private enterprises are the center of innovation and digital transformation. The province will continue to improve institutions, encourage start-ups, creativity, and innovation in growth models, support businesses to improve their competitiveness and sustainable development, contributing to building a business community that is both dedicated and visionary, and is a core force in the province's industrialization and modernization.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nghiem Xuan Thanh requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to consider removing difficulties and obstacles for enterprises as the top priority task; to proactively review and substantially reduce administrative procedures, shorten the time for processing documents, and end the situation of harassment and inconvenience for enterprises. In the coming time, the private economy will receive special attention and favorable conditions for development from the province.

Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh affirmed: "The province is committed to thinking big, doing real things, and being really effective, in which Khanh Hoa will enter a decade of double-digit growth, being among the provinces with the highest budget revenue, highest per capita income, highest competitiveness index... If officials are found and verified to be harassing businesses, the provincial leaders will strictly handle them according to regulations". He also hopes that the business community and entrepreneurs will continue to promote the spirit of self-reliance, proactively innovate production and business models, restructure businesses in association with the trend of digital transformation, green transformation and circular economy; pay more attention to social responsibility, protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, ensure occupational safety and hygiene, and protect ecological environmental resources.
