On the evening of September 15, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and delivered a speech at the closing ceremony of the National Achievements Exhibition with the theme: "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" held at the National Exhibition Center, Dong Anh commune, Hanoi city.
Attending the program were comrade Tran Quoc Vuong, former Politburo member, former Standing member of the Secretariat; comrade Phan Dinh Trac, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission; comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh , Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister; General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Minister of Public Security; comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs; comrades of the Party Central Committee, leaders, former leaders of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front, leaders of ministries, branches and localities; distinguished guests representing countries, international organizations, and a large number of people, friends and international tourists.

Government Office receives Certificate of Merit from Prime Minister and 'Outstanding Exhibition Space' award
The exhibition of national achievements "80 years of journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" is an important event in the series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2. With the largest scale ever, rich content and creative expression, the Exhibition has left its mark with record numbers, warmly welcomed by the people and made a deep impression on international friends.
At the closing ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and other Party and State leaders presented Certificates of Merit to 36 collectives with outstanding achievements; awarded and congratulated the units that won the "Outstanding Exhibition Space" award at the Exhibition.
In particular, the Government Office was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for the collective with outstanding achievements. The Government Office's Exhibition Booth "Government Office - 80 years accompanying the nation" is one of 15 "Typical exhibition spaces" of central departments, ministries, branches and agencies.

Speaking at the program, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated that after 19 exciting and emotional days with many activities and events imbued with Vietnamese cultural identity, attracting over 10 million people from all over the country, overseas Vietnamese and international guests, the Exhibition "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" was a great success, exceeding the expectations of all of us.

According to the Prime Minister, all exhibition spaces vividly recreate and honor the heroic revolutionary history and outstanding achievements of the country under the talented and wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam since its founding, especially in the 80 years since gaining national independence, unifying the country, building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
Even the success of this Exhibition is thanks to the close leadership and direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat, headed by General Secretary To Lam; the drastic direction and management of the Government and the Prime Minister; the outstanding efforts of 28 central ministries and branches, 34 localities and more than 110 large corporations and groups, leading the country, all of whom have high determination, great efforts, drastic actions, "lightning-speed construction", clearly demonstrating the spirit of "The Party has directed, the Government is unified, the National Assembly agrees, the People support, and Enterprises accompany, then only discuss and do, not discuss backtracking", joining hands to make the Exhibition a great success.

According to the Prime Minister, that is the source of the great strength of the Vietnamese revolution, demonstrated through the teachings of beloved Uncle Ho "Unity, unity, great unity - Success, success, great success" and the spirit of "turning nothing into something, turning difficult into easy, turning impossible into possible", helping us win in long-term resistance wars; overcome countless difficulties in the cause of innovation, integration and development; overcome crises, natural disasters, epidemics, shine the spirit of self-reliance and self-strengthening; constantly consolidate the country's potential.

All exhibition contents show the great achievements of the People through revolutionary periods under the leadership of the Party and the management of the State. All activities in the exhibition are for the People, serving the People.
"We are very moved by the smiles, the eyes and even the tears of joy, excitement and pride of the people visiting and enjoying the modern exhibition spaces, the special cultural and artistic programs, the unique experiential activities, with over 10 million people visiting the exhibition, tens of millions of people watching on television and radio, and hundreds of thousands of people attending the vibrant music and art parties, leaving unforgettable impressions," Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed.

Through the vivid reproduction of historical evidence, the Exhibition is a comprehensive, profound and comprehensive picture of the great achievements of the revolutionary cause of fighting for national independence associated with building socialism of our Party, State and People through the periods. The Prime Minister pointed out that the exhibition "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" affirms the culture imbued with Vietnamese national identity, the mettle, intelligence and creativity of the Vietnamese people; at the same time clearly demonstrates the ardent patriotism and steadfast belief of the people in the Party, the State and the revolutionary cause and innovation of our Party and people.

In particular, this Exhibition clearly demonstrated the appeal, subtle beauty, and harmony of the intersection between tradition and modernity, connecting the heroic past with the resilient present and bright future; built on a digital platform, applying new technology with the extraordinary creativity of Vietnamese intelligence.
All exhibition spaces are in harmony, creating an overall picture that is both imbued with heroic historical traditions and imbued with profound cultural and humanistic identities, and is presented in a setting of brilliant colors, vibrant sounds, shimmering lights, modern but imbued with national identity that always attracts and fascinates visitors; security and safety are guaranteed throughout the exhibition; contributing to creating motivation, inspiration, and strength, so that we can confidently and proudly tell our international friends that Vietnam is an independent, free, and happy country and is confidently stepping into the era of growing rich, civilized, prosperous, and happy.

The Prime Minister said that the 2025 Autumn Fair is scheduled to take place in October this year at the National Exhibition Center - where the spirit of innovation, creativity, cooperation and development will continue to be ignited and increasingly spread.

Let us continue to write the heroic pages of our nation's history with the spirit of patriotism, pride, confidence, and resilience of the "descendants of Lac Hong", with the humanity, civilization, culture, and burning desire to reach far and fly high of the Vietnamese people's intelligence.
