Ho Chi Minh City diners excited about Hanoi cuisine

With more than 30 food stalls participating in the “Program to introduce products combined with promoting tourism linking Hanoi Capital with Ho Chi Minh City”, dozens of dishes with typical flavors of Hanoi such as sticky rice cake, green rice sausage, pho, bun thang, bun oc, Hanoi draft beer… were introduced to diners in Ho Chi Minh City and were enthusiastically received by people in the South.

According to Ms. Khanh, this festival brought typical autumn dishes of Hanoi such as moon cakes, stir-fried green rice, papaya salad with dried beef, fish cakes, etc. to introduce to the people of the South.

As diners coming to the Hanoi food court at the space "Hanoi Days in Ho Chi Minh City", two young people Minh Quang and Ngoc Anh said: "Today, being here, we are very surprised with the decoration space.
