'Asia's Outstanding Leader 2025' honors Ms. Tran Thi Lam

Recently, at the Asia's Leading Prestigious Brands 2025 Announcement Ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi Lam - Senior Advisor of Hoa Lam Shangri-La Healthcare Company was awarded the title of Asia's Outstanding Leader 2025.

The award, presented by the Asian Economic Research Institute, honors entrepreneurs who have led businesses to remarkable development and made outstanding contributions to the socio-economy and community.

The most prominent mark in Ms. Tran Thi Lam's journey is the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Medical Zone - founded, built and led by her. The project was launched in 2008, based on a joint venture between Hoa Lam Service Company, Shangri-La Healthcare Investment Group (Singapore) and Aseana Properties Limited Investment Fund (UK). This is the first and largest international standard medical cluster model in the country, contributing to bringing Vietnam's medical industry closer to global standards. The modern medical complex with high-tech hospitals, along with educational and research projects... shapes a medical zone of international stature right in Vietnam.

Standing out in the medical area are City International Hospital (CIH), Gia An 115 Hospital, two high-tech hospitals with many key departments such as: Cardiovascular, neurology, stroke, spine, artificial kidney, obstetrics and pediatrics, aesthetics - regenerative medicine, IVF... Both hospitals are invested synchronously, possessing advanced equipment, such as the SOMATOM Force VB30 system - "super CT machine".

Not only pioneering in expertise, CIH and Gia An 115 hospitals have also affirmed their reputation with many international awards, especially being two of the first hospitals in Vietnam to achieve AACI standards (USA). Right at the Ceremony to announce the Top 10 Prestigious Brands in Asia 2025, in addition to the title "Outstanding Asian Leader 2025" by Ms. Tran Thi Lam, the two hospitals were also honored with the "Top 10 Prestigious Brands in Asia".

Under the leadership of Ms. Lam, Gia An 115 Hospital and City International Hospital have implemented practical programs: Free medical examination and medicine distribution; awarding scholarships to poor but studious students; supporting medical equipment for localities...

Notably, during the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, Ms. Lam made the decision to convert the functions of both hospitals to treat Covid-19 patients, promptly "sharing the burden" with the frontline against the epidemic. Ms. Lam also supported hundreds of billions of VND, sponsored medical equipment and necessities for the frontline against the epidemic, quarantine centers, field hospitals in many provinces and cities...

In recognition of the practical contributions of Ms. Lam and the two hospitals in the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic, in November 2021, the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to Ms. Tran Thi Lam, the Gia An 115 Hospital team and the City International Hospital team.
