Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department has just issued a warning about the appearance of a Facebook group called "Ho Chi Minh City Tax" impersonating the tax department, which can easily confuse taxpayers. This Facebook group has used images and information of the tax department, but this is not an official channel.

Currently, the only official fanpage of Ho Chi Minh City Tax has been verified by Facebook with a blue tick. To receive accurate information, taxpayers are recommended to follow the official channels.

In addition, the tax authority is also operating Facebook groups to support taxpayers: Group "Answer - Support for personal income tax settlement"; Group "Support for business households".

Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department recommends that taxpayers should be vigilant against posts, shared information or unofficial instructions from the tax authority on the above fake page to avoid being taken advantage of or scammed. At the same time, when detecting signs of fraud, they should promptly contact the authorities to report and receive timely support.
