Information from the Youth Theater said that Dr., People's Artist Pham Thi Thanh - former Director of the Youth Theater, former Deputy Director of the Department of Performing Arts, the first female contemporary theater director of Vietnam to receive the State Literature and Arts Award in 2012, passed away on the evening of September 3, 2025, at the age of 85.
Throughout her artistic career, People's Artist Pham Thi Thanh has been considered by professionals as an example of hard work and dedication to art.
She has "sown" valuable artistic "seeds" for many generations, so that Vietnamese theater can have more talents./.
