The exhibition will take place from August 28 to September 5, 2025. The opening ceremony will take place at 9:00 a.m. on May 28 and the closing ceremony will take place at 8:00 p.m. on September 5 at the National Exhibition Center, Co Loa, Dong Anh, Hanoi .
National Exhibition Center - where the National Achievements Exhibition takes place to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day.
The Department of Culture and Sports is the standing agency, presiding over the overall outline, design, construction organization, operation of exhibition booths and overall coordination of activities at the Exhibition. Currently, the Department is synthesizing documents, images, and artifacts from departments, branches, and localities in the province to build the exhibition content to ensure accuracy, science, aesthetics, and bring high propaganda effectiveness with the goal of promoting the image of modern - traditional, integrated - identity Ninh Binh, affirming the role of the province in the key economic region after the merger in accordance with the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.
According to the plan, Ninh Binh province will participate in the exhibition at Hall 6, the indoor exhibition area, with an area of 645m² (43m x 15m). The exhibition booth is designed in an open, modern, continuous and reasonably transitional direction, with high aesthetics, convenient for visitors to access, interact and experience. The exhibition content will be presented vividly and richly in many forms: documentary photos, charts, thematic maps, 3D models, documents, artifacts, documentary films, slideshows, art performances... In particular, the province strongly applies modern technologies such as touch screens, LED projection, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), smart interactive technology and 3D hologram projection, to improve communication efficiency, in line with the current trend of digital transformation and digital communication.
The exhibition booth will comprehensively introduce the outstanding achievements of Ninh Binh province in the following fields: Party building, government building and a strong political system; economic development; culture - society; health, education; national defense - security; foreign affairs; administrative reform; digital transformation; sustainable development of new rural areas and civilized urban areas... At the same time, the exhibition also introduces the province's strategic orientations and goals until 2030, with a vision to 2045, after implementing the policy of merging the three provinces of Ninh Binh, Ha Nam, and Nam Dinh.
The exhibition space also introduces many unique publications such as: Photo books, brochures, postcards, newspapers, magazines, etc. introducing the history, culture, tourism potential and people of Ninh Binh. Typical OCOP products, traditional handicrafts, creative products associated with local identity are also displayed in thematic areas, contributing to honoring cultural values and arousing local pride.
An indispensable cultural highlight is the traditional art performance stage area with the participation of the Ninh Binh Provincial Art Troupe. During the exhibition, artists will take turns performing many unique folk art forms such as: Cheo singing, Xam singing, Chau Van singing, Ca Tru singing, Dam - Vi singing, Trong Quan singing, etc., promising to bring the audience profound, unique and rich artistic experiences of Ninh Binh.
Through the Exhibition, Ninh Binh hopes not only to introduce the past journey but also to convey the aspiration for strong development, innovation and comprehensive integration, making practical contributions to the common achievements of the whole country on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This is an opportunity to promote the local image, introduce potentials and strengths, attract investment and development cooperation, and at the same time demonstrate political commitment to the general development policies and guidelines of the Party and State./.
