Some key tasks in August of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh province

After nearly 01 month of operating the new apparatus, the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh province has been operating stably, both completing and stabilizing the organizational apparatus and organizing the implementation of tasks to ensure progress and quality. The effective implementation of tasks in July has made an important contribution, creating a premise for the industry in organizing and implementing tasks in August and the last months of 2025 of the industry.

Accordingly, in July, the sector advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue 05 decisions and plans; issued over 295 documents under its authority (including: 13 reports, 103 decisions, 10 plans, 13 submissions and other documents) ensuring the correct procedures, content and format as required. In particular, it mainly focused on directing the implementation of key tasks after the merger; directing and guiding units under the Department, the Department of Culture - Social Affairs of communes and wards in the province to deploy management work on culture, family, sports, press, publishing, foreign information; propagating anniversaries, political tasks of the locality, especially after implementing the arrangement of administrative units, organizing local governments at 02 levels; propagating Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress...; Innovate and improve the quality of organizing cultural and sports activities in 2025, especially strengthening the organization of activities at Cultural Houses of communes, wards, and villages in the province to ensure safety, economy, and efficiency...

Some key tasks of the industry in August

1. Complete and submit to the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Provincial Party Committee to issue the Plan to implement Conclusion No. 156-KL/TW dated May 21, 2025 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW of the 11th Party Central Committee on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development and Conclusion No. 76-KL/TW of the 12th Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW.

3. Organize activities to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of the famous person Pham Than Duat (1825 - 2025). Continue: Implement the Project " Research and compile the History of Ninh Binh ", compile and publish the book " Ninh Binh Land Register "; Establish a scientific profile of the historical and cultural relic of Vi Khe communal house, Vi Khe ward; Complete the components of the dossier of artifacts to propose the Prime Minister to recognize the National Treasure of the Long Hoa stone altar, Tran Dynasty (Dong Tu pagoda, Liem Ha commune) ; Book of Kham Ban Dong Bai - Cau Khong Tu Ky (Cau Khong communal house, Bac Ly commune) . Review, update and supplement information on administrative place names after rearranging administrative units for relics in the inventory list; support funding for restoration and anti-degradation in 2025 for ranked historical and cultural relics in Ninh Binh province according to Decision No. 193/QD-SVHTT dated March 12, 2025 of the Department of Culture and Sports.

4. Submit to the Provincial People's Committee to issue a Decision to strengthen the Provincial Family Work Steering Committee and the Provincial "People's Solidarity to Build a Cultural Life" Movement. Continue to propagate and organize the implementation of the Party and State's policies and laws on building a cultural life, festivals and family work; Inspect and guide the management and organization of festivals at major festival sites in the province.

5. 6. Participate in the National Mobile Propaganda Competition to Celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) . Practice the plays: Cheo play "Hong Chau Huyen Nu"; spoken drama "Doi Den Bao Gio" ; Cheo plays "Huong Tram" , "Hong Chau Huyen Nu" to participate in the National Cheo Festival in 2025. Continue to show mobile films to serve agencies and units in need and cadres and people.

7. Improve the quality and efficiency of serving the people of cultural and sports units from the province to the grassroots in the contents of professional work such as: Museum conservation, libraries, performing arts, cinema, photography, propaganda work, mass arts, physical education and sports; improve the quality of promotion and ensure security and order, environmental sanitation, and reception services at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Relic Site.

8. Coordinate with relevant units to prepare conditions for organizing tournaments: National Youth Boxing Championship 2025 ; Southeast Asian Volleyball Tournament SEA V.League . At the same time, prepare forces to participate in national and international sports tournaments as planned.

9. Advise on perfecting provincial and departmental councils in the management field to ensure unity in organization and implementation; review central regulations on decentralization and delegation of authority in the management field to carry out administrative procedures, creating the most favorable conditions for people and businesses to come to work and contact for work./.
