Claudio Giraldez (37 years old) leads Celta Vigo ranked 4th on the list. The coach born in 1988 took over the role of head coach of Celta Vigo in March last year, replacing the legendary Rafael Benítez. He is one of the two youngest coaches in La Liga at the moment. Giraldez used to play for Real Madrid's youth team and local clubs, before retiring at the age of 31 to focus on coaching.

Iñigo Pérez (37 years old) has led Rayo Vallecano since February 2024. Before that, he was Andoni Iraola's assistant at Rayo and almost followed the coach to Bournemouth in 2023. Pérez retired in 2022 at the age of 34 after a playing career at Athletic Bilbao and Osasuna. Under Pérez, Rayo surprised La Liga with their bold attacking style, helping the team qualify for the European Cup this season.
