
From the afternoon of October 6, police, army, militia and youth union members from central wards of the province were present in residential areas along the Bang and Hien rivers to help households move their belongings, raise their assets, and reinforce their doors. Many businesses along the streets of Kim Dong, Hoang Nhu, and Xuan Truong were supported in covering their goods and moving electrical equipment to higher floors.

In the communes of Hoa An, Thong Nong, Nam Tuan,... the commune police force, militia and local authorities went to each hamlet, inspected low-lying areas, and promptly mobilized people to evacuate to the cultural house and commune headquarters.
Along with that, rescue forces are on standby 24/7. Vehicles, life jackets, motorboats, and specialized vehicles are deployed at key locations to promptly support people in emergency situations.

According to forecasts, storm No. 11 continues to cause widespread heavy rain, with the risk of landslides and flash floods in many mountainous areas. The Provincial Civil Defense Command advises people to closely monitor weather information, not to be subjective, move to a safe place when requested, and absolutely not to cross tunnels, streams, or areas at risk of landslides.
The urgent and responsible intervention of the authorities has helped people feel more secure, proactively prevent and minimize damage, and join hands with the whole province to effectively respond to storm No. 11.
