Speaking with VietNamNet reporters this afternoon (September 27), Colonel Pham Manh Hung, Deputy Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police, who directly directed the successful breaking of the case and the fight to clarify the violations of the law that occurred at the Vietnam Environment and Urban Magazine, said that the unit had just organized an unexpected reward for the collectives with outstanding achievements in solving the case.

Complicated case, using charity as a cover

Colonel Pham Manh Hung said that while fighting the case, the police force received many victims, especially businesses. In the context of economic difficulties, businesses are trying to recover, but the behavior of the suspects has made businesses angry.

The suspects operate in a wide area, involving many provinces and cities across the country. Leaders of the Ministry of Public Security , local Party committees and authorities, the business community and the press are paying special attention and monitoring.

Colonel Tran Xuan Anh, Director of the Provincial Police, acknowledged and commended the special outstanding achievements of the Task Force. The Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police Department requested units to concentrate maximum force, consolidate documents and evidence, closely coordinate with the prosecution agency to promptly prosecute the suspects, apply appropriate preventive measures according to the provisions of law, with the motto of ensuring the progress is certain; proactively expand the investigation, collect sufficient documents and evidence, arrest, initiate investigation, strictly and thoroughly handle related subjects, not omit or let any subjects escape.
