Ea Phe Commune: Aiming to be among the top 20 communes in the province in digital transformation

According to the assessment at the conference, the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW and the "Digital Education for All" movement in Ea Phe commune in the past time has basically completed the assigned contents, making digital transformation an important driving force for development.

Chairwoman of Ea Phe Commune People's Committee Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh delivered the opening speech at the conference.

To implement the "Digital Literacy for All" movement, the Commune People's Committee has established 53 community digital technology teams in villages and hamlets; and coordinated the organization of 2 digital skills training classes.

Community digital technology groups have played a good role in promoting and guiding people to install and use VNeID, make electronic payments, declare health status , and submit documents online, contributing to bringing the Government's digital platforms closer to the people.

Schools, medical stations and businesses in the area are also actively applying management software, electronic health records, teaching, etc.

An effective highlight in the "Digital Education for All" movement in the commune is the model "Each cadre and party member is a digital instructor". The model has promoted the vanguard role of cadres and party members in directly guiding and supporting people, especially the elderly, to access and effectively use digital platforms and online public services.

During the 100 peak days of implementing the "Digital Literacy for All" movement, the whole commune had 5,031 households accessing digital capacity; 4,081 people were confirmed to have universalized VNeID; 2,015 people installed the "Digital Dak Lak " application; 2,530 people had digital signatures via VNeID.

The rate of administrative procedures resolved online in the commune from July 1, 2025 to present has reached 99.59%; the efficiency of administrative procedure resolution has been significantly improved, especially helping to reduce waiting time and costs for people.

However, the digital transformation work in the area is still facing some difficulties such as: the team of cadres, civil servants and forces participating in the "Digital Education for All" movement mostly learn and research on their own while working, leading to confusion; the software system initially has some technical limitations, the access speed is not stable; resources for equipment and Internet connection in some villages and hamlets are still limited...

With the motto of “easy to understand, easy to do, easy to access”, the Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee of Ea Phe commune determined that digital transformation is a continuous task, associated with each field of management, production and serving the people. The commune aims to be among the top 20 communes in the province in digital transformation by 2030.

At the conference, the People's Committee of Ea Phe commune launched and responded to the Digital Transformation Day of Ea Phe commune with the following activities: opening the "Golden Week of Online Public Services" at the Commune Public Administration Service Center; deploying the model of "Cashless Route" and "Ea Phe 4.0 Market"; instructing people to install the App "Dak Lak So", VNeID, use digital signatures, cashless payments... The People's Committee of the commune also introduced 10 local enterprises with an online presence with the national domain name ".vn".

Representative of OGORI BLOCKCHAIN VIETNAM Technology and Solution Joint Stock Company donated audiobook applications to 2 schools in Ea Phe commune.

On this occasion, representatives of OGORI BLOCKCHAIN VIETNAM Technology and Solution Joint Stock Company introduced the traceability solution for agricultural products using blockchain technology and donated 40 Bookas audiobook application accounts to Tran Quoc Toan Primary School and Ea Hiu Secondary School.

VNPT Krong Pac also deployed wifi installation for 52 villages and hamlets in the commune with the goal of each public wifi point becoming a digital knowledge station for people to access information, study, and sell online...
