Luc Yen Commune donated nearly 132 million VND to support people affected by storms and floods.

Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province, on the morning of October 10, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Luc Yen commune launched a movement to raise donations and support people in localities affected by natural disasters.

At the ceremony, the Commune Fatherland Front Committee called on cadres, party members, armed forces, businesses, agencies, units and people to promote the tradition of "mutual love and affection", join hands to support people in flood-hit areas to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.

At the end of the launching ceremony, Luc Yen commune received nearly 132 million VND. The entire amount will be transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to promptly support localities severely affected by natural disasters.

The activity demonstrates the spirit of solidarity and sharing of Luc Yen commune in the context of storm No. 10 causing serious damage to people and property.
