At 3:00 a.m. on October 10, trucks carrying relief goods departed for areas affected by storms and floods.

Villages in the commune simultaneously participated in donating with the highest spirit of volunteerism and responsibility. Typically, Hoa Muc village supported 1,422 boxes of instant noodles, 1,530 boxes of water, 1,650 life jackets, 450 boxes of milk, 108 boxes of dry food, 5 boxes of backpacks, 11,980 packages of sausages, 1,850 loaves of bread and 200 meals with a total estimated value of hundreds of millions of VND. Xuan Trang village connected with donors, prepared 2 trucks of relief goods including water, instant noodles, bread, and milk to send to Bac Ninh province, where many households are severely affected by floods.

Many individuals and businesses in the commune are willing to support "free vehicles", voluntarily participating in transporting relief goods, ensuring that goods are delivered to people in flooded areas quickly and safely.
