Passenger bus burned down on Nha Trang - Cam Lam highway

On the morning of October 4, a representative of Highway Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Department 6 - Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security) said that a passenger bus fire broke out on the Nha Trang - Cam Lam highway (Khanh Hoa province).

Specifically, at about 5:00 a.m. the same day, at Km58+500 (Nam Cam Ranh commune) on the North-South expressway, passenger bus with license plate 18B-023.XX caught fire.

At that time, the bus was on its way from Ninh Binh province to An Giang province, driven by Mr. Nguyen Van T. (49 years old, from Ninh Binh province). There were about 30 passengers on the bus who managed to escape when they saw smoke and fire. The bus was then completely burned.

Upon receiving the news, the authorities arrived at the scene, coordinated to help put out the fire, provide security, and regulate traffic. By 9 a.m. the same day, traffic through the area was back to normal.
