
At the meeting, representatives of Ta Xua Skyline Joint Stock Company presented the Project proposal with the overall goal of handling and preventing landslides to stabilize the terrain, prevent the risk of flash floods and landslides that cause damage to people and neighboring infrastructure. At the same time, the Project aims to develop sustainable eco-tourism, effectively utilize the land fund of steep hills, and turn areas at risk of natural disasters into attractive tourism and resort spaces.

The project is expected to be implemented on an area of about 37,000 m², capital from the enterprise and other legally mobilized sources. The enterprise representative affirmed its commitment to strictly comply with the provisions of the law, carry out investment in a safe, effective, environmentally friendly and connected direction with the local community. According to the proposal, the investment area will be processed, the terrain will be improved, combined with the construction of an ecological resort with beautiful views, fresh climate, and attractive natural landscape. The implementation of the project contributes to environmental protection, people's safety, sustainable use of sloping land, promoting tourism development, creating jobs and increasing local budget revenue.


Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, agreed in principle to allow the investor to implement the project of natural disaster management, landslide prevention and sustainable tourism development in Ta Xua Cloud Paradise. This will be a pilot project, a model, serving as a basis for replication in areas with similar conditions in the province.
He assigned departments, branches and local authorities to coordinate in providing guidance, removing obstacles, ensuring consistency, conformity with planning and compliance with legal regulations. The Department of Construction provides guidance on ensuring safety of traffic corridors, not affecting existing road structures and tourism routes; the Department of Agriculture and Environment reviews land use indicators, forest status, and provides guidance on legal procedures on land and construction materials; the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism provides guidance for investors to research and exploit the cultural identity and customs of local people, creating tourism highlights associated with preserving natural landscapes.
It is recommended that investors receive comments from departments and branches, complete documents to build a model project to ensure feasibility, consistency and sustainability.
