Forecast for the next 12-24 hours: Water level on Hoang Long River at Ben De and Gian Khau continues to change slowly: at Ben De, it is likely to be at 5.00-5.20m (above alarm level 3: 1.00-1.20m); at Gian Khau, it will rise to 4.50-4.70m (above alarm level 3: 0.80-1.00m).
