This is a special event, affirming the long-standing cultural and historical values of the locality, while contributing to raising the community's responsibility in preserving and promoting heritage.
This is also a practical activity to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2025), towards the 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 of Bo De ward.

Bo De ward leaders awarded the city-level relic ranking certificate and presented flowers to congratulate the Cau Bac Communal House - Pagoda Relic Management Subcommittee.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Vu Thi Thanh, Party Committee Secretary, Chairwoman of the Ward People's Council; Pham Bach Dang, Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; comrades in the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of the ward; together with representatives of specialized departments, residential groups and people of Bo De ward.
The relic of Cau Bac communal house and pagoda belongs to residential group 13, Ngoc Thuy cluster, with a history of over 100 years, associated with the land reclamation and settlement of local people.
Cau Bac Communal House worships the village's tutelary deities such as Cao Son Dai Vuong, Minh Tru Dai Vuong, Minh Khiet Dai Vuong and the local god. During the war, the communal house was twice destroyed by American bombs (1967, 1972), many items and artifacts were lost. However, the people still persistently maintained the worship, showing the spirit of "remembering the source of water when drinking". The communal house has been restored today, becoming a place for spiritual and cultural activities of the community.
Cau Bac Pagoda has also experienced historical ups and downs. From a three-room tiled-roof pagoda, a place to worship Buddha and preach, the pagoda was twice bombed by American bombs, many items were severely damaged. Thanks to the joint efforts of the government and the people, the pagoda was gradually restored: rebuilding the main gate (2015), the bell tower, casting a new bell (2018), becoming a place for religious activities, a place to place the faith of Buddhists and local people.
In particular, Cau Bac communal house - pagoda is also closely associated with the revolutionary movement. During the two resistance wars, this place was a meeting place for discussing work, with comrades heroically sacrificing their lives. The whole village has 28 martyrs, a Vietnamese Heroic Mother, many wounded soldiers and meritorious families. Every year, Cau Bac communal house festival is held on the 11th - 12th of the second lunar month with many ritual activities, incense offering, and folk games, becoming a lasting cultural beauty.
Based on that historical, cultural and traditional value, on June 30, 2025, the Hanoi People's Committee issued a Decision on ranking Cau Bac communal house and pagoda as a City-level historical relic.

Comrade Pham Bach Dang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bo De Ward spoke at the Ceremony.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Pham Bach Dang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bo De Ward affirmed: Being recognized as a city-level relic is not only an honor but also a responsibility of all cadres, party members and local people in the work of preserving and promoting values.
Emphasizing that Cau Bac communal house and pagoda is a historical relic of the Red River delta, a place with a strong cultural and religious imprint, a spiritual support for many generations of people, the Chairman of Bo De Ward People's Committee said that in the coming time, the locality will continue to coordinate with the Relic Management Subcommittee, the City's Relic and Landscape Management Board to preserve, embellish and protect the landscape, architecture and antiques, while maximizing the role of socialization in conservation work.
Bo De Ward aims to turn the relic into a community living space, a cultural - tourist destination associated with socio -economic development, especially in the context of digital transformation and industry 4.0.

Leaders of Bo De ward, delegates and seniors of Residential Group 13, Ngoc Thuy cluster took souvenir photos at the relic.
In a solemn atmosphere, the ceremony to receive the City-level historical relic ranking certificate took place solemnly. The incense offering and traditional worshiping rituals were also solemnly held at the main hall of Cau Bac Communal House, expressing gratitude to the ancestors, and at the same time conveying the aspiration for a prosperous, united, and peaceful future...
