60 peak days of new rural construction in Mai Phu

(Baohatinh.vn) - Localities in Mai Phu commune (Ha Tinh) actively responded to the 60-day peak campaign of new rural construction with an exciting, fierce, and responsible competitive atmosphere throughout the villages.

On the morning of October 11, Mai Phu commune held a launching ceremony for 60 peak days of new rural construction to celebrate the success of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, the congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political organizations at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Chairman of Mai Phu Commune People's Committee Nguyen Van An launched the 60-day peak campaign to build new rural areas.

The campaign will take place from September 25 to November 24, 2025, aiming to continue to mobilize maximum people's strength and resources, accelerate infrastructure upgrading, landscape improvement, create a spacious appearance, and at the same time spread the spirit of solidarity, creativity and community responsibility.

During this peak campaign, 34 villages focused on implementing a number of key tasks such as: upgrading and restoring concrete roads, intra-field canals, drainage ditches...; especially renovating residential areas associated with building model residential areas, model roads, ecological inter-family groups, renovating agencies, offices, schools; village cultural houses, sports grounds, renovating household gardens, auxiliary works, livestock barns, protecting the environment, creating landscapes, a bright - green - clean - beautiful environment.

Each village will establish a Zalo group to manage, transmit information, receive and respond to opinions and suggestions from the people. Units will develop plans, prioritize work according to weather and season to carry out, make the most of time to implement, ensuring practicality and efficiency.

Provided housing construction support worth 70 million VND to Ms. Le Thi Huong's family (Lien Giang village).

The 60-day peak movement not only contributes to perfecting the new rural criteria but also spreads the spirit of solidarity and creativity, demonstrating the belief and expectations of Mai Phu people in the journey of building an increasingly rich and civilized homeland.
