Localities meet with businesses and entrepreneurs

On the afternoon of October 10, the People's Committee of Bac Hong Linh Ward held a meeting with businesses and entrepreneurs to celebrate the 21st anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13, 2004 - October 13, 2025).

Bac Hong Linh Ward currently has over 200 enterprises, branches, representative offices; 10 cooperatives, 1,800 business households that have been making important contributions to socio -economic growth.

Enterprises, cooperatives and business households in the area have actively contributed to job creation, increased income for workers; contributed positively to the state budget, implemented social security policies and built civilized urban areas.

Mr. Nguyen Van Dieu - Deputy Director of Nhu Nam Company Limited hopes that Bac Hong Linh ward will continue to accompany businesses and entrepreneurs, implementing solutions to remove difficulties in production and business.

In the first 9 months of 2025, the budget revenue in the ward reached 316.7 billion VND. From the beginning of 2025 to now, in Bac Hong Linh ward, 19 new enterprises, branches, and representative offices were established; 187 new business registration certificates and certificates were issued.

In the area, there are an estimated 1,500 organizations and individuals operating in the field of trade and services; creating jobs for more than 2,000 workers. Total retail sales of goods in the area reached 1,246 billion VND.

At the meeting, the leaders of Bac Hong Linh ward hoped that the business community and entrepreneurs would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, autonomy, dynamism and creativity to develop production and business, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the locality; actively participate in social security and humanitarian work.

Chairman of Bac Hong Linh Ward People's Committee Tran Xuan Duc delivered a congratulatory speech at the meeting.

At the same time, affirming that the Party Committee and the government of Bac Hong Linh ward will continue to accompany businesses and entrepreneurs, implement solutions to remove difficulties in production and business; strengthen administrative reforms, and create the most favorable conditions for businesses in all fields.

Duc Tho commune has 165 enterprises, branches and representative offices in operation. Of these, 46 enterprises operate in the construction sector, accounting for 28%; 30 enterprises operate in the trade and service sector, accounting for 18.1%; 89 enterprises operate in the agriculture, forestry and fishery, industry and credit sectors, accounting for 53.9%.

In addition, the area also has 5 bank branches and transaction offices; 3 branches, 35 cooperatives in operation and over 2,300 individual business households, contributing to the economic restructuring, increasing the value of industry, handicrafts, trade and services. Many enterprises have large tax payments to the budget such as: Ngoc Viet General Trade and Construction Joint Stock Company; Moc Thuy Investment and Development Company Limited; Song La Construction Joint Stock Company; Viet Hai Concrete Production Cooperative...

The participation of businesses and entrepreneurs with diverse industries, large production scale, modern facilities and production lines has brought a new industrial look to the area, creating stable jobs for over 2,740 workers.

At the meeting, the leaders of Duc Tho commune asked the business community and entrepreneurs to continue to make efforts to innovate, apply science and technology, expand production scale, strictly comply with legal regulations, and fulfill their obligations to the State and the community.
