The Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training has just announced the list of educational institutions and university and college training programs that have completed self-assessment reports and have been assessed/recognized as meeting educational quality standards, updated to September 30, 2025.
Accordingly, in the list, there are 178 universities with 2,035 training programs evaluated and recognized as meeting domestic education quality standards, an increase of 662 programs compared to 2024 (1,373 programs belonging to 152 universities).

For the college level, the preschool education program of 6 colleges also meets domestic education quality standards, including the Central Pedagogical College, Kon Tum Community College, Hoa Binh Pedagogical College, Ho Chi Minh City Central Pedagogical College, Vinh Phuc College and Ben Tre College.
Regarding foreign standards, there are 700 bachelor's and master's training programs of 65 universities evaluated and recognized by 13 international educational accreditation organizations.
Compared to the figures at the same time last year (544 programs in 62 universities meeting international standards), this year there are 156 more programs.
Of which, the University of Technology (Ho Chi Minh City National University) leads with the most training programs recognized by international accreditation organizations, with 56 programs. In second place is Hanoi University of Technology with 44 programs.
Most of the training programs of these two schools (each program has many training programs such as mass, high quality, taught in English, advanced... at bachelor's and master's levels) are internationally accredited.
However, compared to 2024, this year Hanoi University of Science and Technology reduced one program, while Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology kept the same number.
In the top 3 is Ton Duc Thang University with 41 programs that meet international standards. In 4th place is the University of Technology (University of Danang) with 37 programs and in 5th place is Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry with 36 programs.
