Knowledge playground - spreading the spirit of innovation
The contest "Agribanker masters technology in the digital age" was launched in early September 2025, deployed throughout the entire system, attracting nearly 36,000 officers and employees from the headquarters to branches and public service units to participate. The contest consists of three rounds: Start - Accelerate - Finish, combining online and in-person forms.

After the "Start-up" round, 170 outstanding candidates entered the "Acceleration" round with a 2-day intensive training course on AI in banking (October 8-9, 2025). Next, the candidates participated in an online exam on the e-learning system for 60 minutes, selecting the 30 best candidates for the final round - "Finish", where the intelligence and bravery of Agribankers were clearly demonstrated.
In the "Finish" round, 30 contestants were divided into 10 teams, designing innovative products and presenting technology ideas revolving around practical topics such as: applying AI in customer care, risk management, information security, optimizing digital processes, exploiting big data in business, or initiatives to improve branch operations.
The teams not only demonstrated their ability to think logically, debate critically, and work in teams, but also demonstrated the spirit of "dare to think - dare to do - dare to innovate". Names imbued with the spirit of the times such as AgriFinSight, TechWave, Digital Source Circuit, Touch the Digital Future, Digital Light created a youthful, modern color, expressing the desire to conquer technology.
Each team has 15 minutes to present and debate directly with the Jury – including leading experts in the fields of finance, banking and technology. The high level of competition further promotes creativity, helping young Agribankers demonstrate their ability to master technology.
Notably, many topics originate from work practices and are highly applicable: a chatbot model for personal financial advice, an AI assistant that automatically synthesizes reports, an AI that evaluates business plans, a credit card fraud warning, or a legal assistant that digitizes the deposit process. Not just stopping at ideas, many teams also build visual demos that simulate actual operating processes.
