Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan are two localities in the South Central Coast region, separated from Thuan Hai province in 1992. With many similarities in history, nature, economy , culture, and society, over the past time, the two provinces have had strong development with outstanding achievements and marks. On behalf of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee delegation, comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh, Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, expressed his impression of the development of Ninh Thuan province after 32 years of re-establishment; at the same time, emphasized that the working session was an opportunity for the two localities to exchange information and share experiences in leadership, direction, management, and implementation of socio-economic development, national defense, and security tasks. There are many areas that Binh Thuan needs to research, refer to, and learn from Ninh Thuan's experience such as: Planning, attracting resources for infrastructure investment, digital transformation, etc., thereby creating development resonance between the two provinces.

Based on the sharing at the working session, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan provinces proposed signing cooperation in potential, advantageous and similar fields such as: Energy industry, marine economy, tourism, culture, high-tech agriculture, digital transformation, investment promotion, trade, services, connecting irrigation reservoirs and water channels to develop production... Accordingly, the two provinces will cooperate to promote innovation of growth models and economic restructuring; strongly develop marine economy; develop green economy, digital economy, circular economy, sharing economy in line with each other, creating a position for inter-regional development in the future.
Speaking at the meeting, the Secretary of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee congratulated the results and achievements that Binh Thuan province has achieved in recent years, and hoped that Binh Thuan province would continue to exchange information and share experiences to create political momentum and complement and support each other to promote potentials and advantages, promote development, thereby contributing to tightening the relationship between the two localities. He suggested that the two provinces should study, discuss and soon reach an agreement on policy cooperation to promote rapid and sustainable development.

Focus on exploiting the common strengths of Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan in the fields of renewable energy and offshore wind power; enhancing experience sharing on mechanisms and policies to attract investment, apply science and technology, and train human resources. Promote cooperation between seaports and Thanh Son-Phan Thiet airport; coordinate to develop domestic and foreign tourist markets; develop tourism real estate business; call for investment and cooperation in training and fostering tourism human resources based on the advantages and potentials of each locality; exchange experiences in researching, practicing, preserving and promoting the value of Cham cultural heritage between the two provinces.

Strengthen the provision of information on investment promotion in industrial zones and clusters; link to develop highly competitive logistics centers in the region. In addition, promote the exchange of information and experience in ensuring national defense, security, natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, ensuring security in border areas and at sea. He also directed the Provincial People's Committee and departments, branches and localities of Ninh Thuan province to continue to closely coordinate with relevant agencies and organizations of Binh Thuan province to exchange and learn from each other's experiences and propose solutions and methods suitable to reality, ensuring effective cooperation and new developments.
