Previously, on May 29, while the Tra On District Police force was on patrol, controlling traffic, and handling alcohol violations in the inner city of Tra On, Ms. N. came to ask the patrol team to let her get her motorbike out early, because she had previously lent it to a relative and the vehicle was temporarily impounded due to the driver violating alcohol concentration.
