The Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted students' sports tournament for the 2025-2026 school year will have the participation of more than 1,000 athletes from all grades. There will be a total of 7 sports (basketball, soccer, chess, Chinese chess, tug of war, table tennis, badminton). The sports festival will take place from October 4 to mid-November 2025, closing and awarding before Vietnam Teachers' Day, November 20.

The official performance will take place at 8:00 a.m. on November 16 (Sunday). On the main stage, there will be 2,000 students from secondary and high schools in Ho Chi Minh City performing live. There are 50 live connection points, live connection and synchronous television on the main stage, creating a grand and widespread performance space. Of which, 300 grade 10 students of Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted will participate in the live connection point performance at the main facility at Lot P2, 38.4 ha resettlement area, An Khanh ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The school-level sports tournament at Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted is held annually with the goal of continuing to maintain and promote the physical training movement following the example of Uncle Ho.
