Recently, storms No. 10 and No. 11 have caused serious damage to people and property in the northern provinces. Hundreds of houses collapsed or were deeply flooded, thousands of hectares of crops and livestock were swept away; many traffic routes were cut off. In particular, some military families of the provincial Border Guard force were also severely affected. Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province, the Provincial Border Guard Command called on all officers and soldiers to voluntarily contribute to help people in affected areas, quickly overcome the consequences, stabilize life and production.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, officers and soldiers of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Command donated nearly 16 million VND. The donated money will be transferred to the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for timely allocation and support to households in difficulty. At the same time, the border guards' stations and squadrons also called on units, businesses in the area and officers and soldiers to donate to support people in storm and flood areas.
