The Hanoi beauty said that in February, there was information that she was selected to compete in Miss Universe and she clarified that she had not received any information from the Organizing Committee or related parties inviting her to participate. At that time, the 2022 International Supermodel had no intention of participating in any competition.

"I registered very early but because of my schedule to participate in Miss Earth Vietnam, I am a coach so I discussed with the organizers that my profile would be posted after filming was finished. That is why my profile was posted the latest.

New Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Bui Quynh Hoa was born in 1998, in Hanoi. She is 1m75 tall and has hot three-round measurements.

She participated in Miss Ao Dai Vietnam World 2017, Miss Sea Vietnam Global 2018, and won the gold prize at Vietnam Supermodel 2018.
