Enterprises in Dong Nai need to recruit more than 190 thousand workers

(DN)- According to information from the Provincial Labor Federation, in 2025, the labor market in Dong Nai will have many positive signs with increased recruitment demand.

Through information synthesis, businesses have a need to recruit more than 190 thousand workers, of which more than 136 thousand are unskilled workers in the electronics, textile, and wood production industries. Businesses recruiting many workers are concentrated in the wards: Dong Xoai, Minh Hung, Chon Thanh, Bien Hoa and the communes of Trang Bom, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach.

Enterprises recruiting a large number of workers such as: Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu Ward) recruiting more than 1,000 unskilled workers in the leather shoe industry; Jason Furniture Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Dong Xoai III Industrial Park, Binh Phuoc Ward), specializing in the production of sofas for export, recruiting hundreds of workers for sewing and assembling chairs; Topband Smart Dong Nai Co., Ltd. (Long Thanh Commune) recruiting 500 workers in the electronics industry... Enterprises offer many benefits to attract workers such as productivity bonuses, diligence bonuses, support for transportation, housing and implementing full policies.

According to the assessment of the Provincial Labor Federation, although the demand for labor recruitment is high, the local labor supply is still not enough to meet the demand, especially unskilled labor.

Currently, businesses are facing difficulties in recruiting workers, which significantly affects production and business plans, especially year-end orders. To help businesses connect with workers, the Provincial Labor Federation posts recruitment information of businesses on the Facebook pages of the Union so that workers can know the information.

However, to attract workers, in addition to increasing benefits, businesses need to create a comfortable, united working environment and ensure sustainable employment for workers.
